Top 5 iOS Arcade Racing Apps in Malta Q4 2022

The fourth quarter of 2022 saw diverse trends for the top arcade racing apps on iOS in Malta. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five titles, based on data from Sensor Tower.

CarX Drift Racing 2 experienced fluctuations in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads peaked at 28K in mid-October but dropped to as low as 4K by early December. Revenue showed a similar trend, peaking at $87 in the first week of October and then tapering off to $19 in mid-December before slightly recovering to $53 by the end of the quarter.

CarX Street, released in mid-November, saw an initial surge in weekly downloads, reaching 115K in its second week. However, downloads declined to 31K by the end of December. Revenue for CarX Street peaked at $127 in its second week and stabilized around $55 towards the end of the quarter.

Need for Speed No Limits had a notable peak in weekly downloads at 41K in early October but saw a decline to 4K by mid-December, recovering slightly to 21K by the end of the year. Revenue followed a similar pattern, with a peak of $55 in mid-October and fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at $29 in the last week of December.

Asphalt Legends Unite maintained relatively stable download numbers, with a high of 60K in the last week of December. Revenue, however, varied significantly, peaking at $33 in late September and fluctuating to a low of $7 in the final week of the year.

Asphalt 8: Airborne showed steady download numbers, peaking at 30K in mid-December. Revenue remained relatively consistent, peaking at $18 in both mid-October and mid-December, and maintaining around $10-$14 for most of the quarter.
